Executive Chef Mimmo Alboumeh has always had a love of food. Born in
Lebanon and raised in Spain and Italy, Alboumeh's training began in his
grandmother's kitchen. Alboumeh has been in the restaurant industry for close to 20 years where he has worked in various restaurants in Europe
and the United States. Upon moving to the US in the mid 90's, Alboumeh
returned to his grandmother's kitchen by working side by side with her
in his family's Mexican restaurant where he broadened his passion for
mexican and Spanish inspired cuisine. Cheeky Taqueria was the best canvas
for Alboumeh to incorporate his teachings in creating unique dishes
using only the highest quality of ingredients. Alboumeh's previous endeavors include Barcelona Restaurant, where he was co-owner and Executive Chef. |
